"God Is Closer Than You Think"
During the sacred season of Lent, we encourage you to make a resolution to worship each Sunday and Wednesday, and begin a habit of daily devotions. Lent begins with Ash Wednesday, February 17th. Our 2010 Lenten theme comes from the book "God Is Closer Than You Think" by John Ortberg.
We will meet to worship at 12:00noon and 7:00pm each Wednesday. Our noon services will include a traditional litany and short meditation. Beginning February 24th, each noon service will be followed by a soup lunch. Our 7:00pm services will include a variety of resources for music and the arts, plus a meditation.
** Wednesday Night Live activities will follow a modified schedule February 24 - March 24. Dinner will be served at 5:30pm and all activites will be held from 6:00 - 6:55pm.**
